The Pakistan Advertising Association (PAA) has elected a new 14-member Central Executive Committee (CEC) for 2026–2028 at its 11th Annual General Meeting.

Numan Nabi Ahmed will serve as chairman, with Jawwad Humayun as senior vice chairman and Nida Haider as vice chairperson. The new committee also includes Javed Qadeer Khan, chairman of Zone A; Waqar Haideri, chairman of Zone B; Usman Atique Butt, chairman of Zone C; and Faheem Ahmed, finance secretary.

The remaining CEC members are Ahmed Jamal Mir, Natasha Durrani, Farhan Khan, Asad Ansari, Tabish Hasan Shah, Khalid Saleem and Athar Saleem.

The election took place during the PAA's annual general meeting, where members also reviewed initiatives undertaken by the outgoing CEC over the past two years. Outgoing chairman Ahmed Kapadia was recognised for his role in developing a new brand identity for the association.

The meeting also approved the formation of an Advisory Group to support the new CEC and continue work initiated by the previous leadership. The group will be led by Ahmed Kapadia as chairman emeritus, with Aleem Durrani, Zeeshan Khan and Salman Mansur as members.

The new CEC plans to work with the Advisory Group on a regulatory framework covering new membership and inter-agency relationships. Zonal chairmen will also focus on membership growth and coordination with relevant information departments.

Numan Nabi Ahmed said the new leadership would focus on teamwork, relationship-building and using past experience to shape future plans.
