Presley Gerber, the model and son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, has died at the age of 27, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner and a representative for his family.

Gerber died on September 20 at a rehabilitation facility in Los Angeles. The cause of death has not been disclosed, with authorities yet to release further details. His family has asked for privacy following his death.

Gerber entered modelling as a teenager after signing with IMG Models at 15. He made his runway debut with Moschino and later worked with fashion houses and brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Calvin Klein and Celine. He also appeared with Crawford in a 2018 Pepsi Super Bowl advertisement, recreating the campaign associated with his mother's modelling career.

His younger sister, Kaia Gerber, also works as a model and actor. The siblings appeared together in a Calvin Klein campaign in 2018.

In recent years, Gerber had spoken publicly about mental health and substance use. He discussed depression and his own experiences in a 2023 podcast appearance, while later social media posts documented aspects of his treatment and recovery. Kaia also discussed her brother's struggles with addiction in an August 2026 interview with Vogue.

Gerber's death comes months after his family continued to appear together publicly. In July, Crawford shared childhood photographs of her son on Instagram to mark his 27th birthday.
