SSGC announces winter gas supply timings for households in Sindh, Balochistan
Domestic consumers will receive gas during three daily cooking windows, with the schedule allocating eight hours of supply for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has announced its winter gas supply schedule for domestic consumers in Sindh and Balochistan, prioritising household cooking needs during three designated time slots.
Under the schedule, gas will be available during breakfast, lunch and dinner hours in line with directives from the Government of Pakistan.
According to the schedule shared by SSGC, domestic consumers will receive gas during the following hours:
Breakfast: 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM
Lunch: 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Dinner: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
The three daily windows account for a total of eight hours of gas supply over a 24-hour period.
SSGC said the arrangement aims to manage gas demand effectively during the winter season while ensuring priority for domestic consumers.
The schedule comes as households prepare for increased gas demand during colder months, when cooking and heating requirements typically put additional pressure on the country's gas supply system.
Consumers have been advised to plan their cooking activities around the designated supply hours.
