Khaadi Pakistan Limited plans up to PKR 8.3 billion IPO
The Khaadi Pakistan Limited IPO is part of a plan to raise up to PKR 8.3 billion through a pre-IPO placement and public offering.

Khaadi Pakistan Limited plans to raise up to PKR 8.3 billion through an IPO and pre-IPO placement as the fashion retailer prepares to list on the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
The company, a subsidiary of Weaves Corporation Limited, has placed 250 million shares with blue-chip investors through a pre-IPO placement. The shares have been offered at a stated price band of PKR 12.40 to PKR 15.20 per share, which could generate between PKR 3.1 billion and PKR 3.8 billion, depending on the final price.
The pre-IPO placement forms part of Khaadi Pakistan Limited’s broader plan to raise capital ahead of its proposed listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange. The remaining amount would be raised through the initial public offering.
At the lower end of the stated price range, the 250 million shares would generate PKR 3.1 billion, while pricing at the upper end would take proceeds to PKR 3.8 billion.
The planned transaction would bring one of Pakistan’s prominent fashion retail businesses to the country’s public equity market. Khaadi operates under Weaves Corporation Limited, which is the company’s parent entity.
The planned fundraising comes as Pakistani companies continue to access the capital market through equity offerings. For Khaadi, the pre-IPO placement provides an initial step toward its proposed stock market listing and broader capital-raising plans.
