PUBG MOBILE Global Open Season 2 to bring 32 teams to Lahore

The PUBG MOBILE Global Open (PMGO) Season 2 is set to take place in Lahore from October 20 to 25, 2026, bringing 32 teams from around the world to Pakistan for an international esports tournament with a USD 500,000 prize pool.

The event marks the country's first hosting of a global PUBG MOBILE esports tournament, placing Lahore at the centre of international competitive gaming for six days.

Pakistan will be represented by three teams: 4Thrives, 777 Esports and Loyalty First Esports. They will compete against international opponents, giving local players an opportunity to test their skills on home ground.

Beyond the competition, the PUBG MOBILE Global Open is expected to bring together international players, esports professionals, content creators and gaming communities. The tournament also offers Pakistan an opportunity to showcase its capacity to host international gaming events and highlight the growth of its local esports scene.

PUBG MOBILE has supported Pakistan's gaming ecosystem through competitive tournaments, talent development and opportunities for players and creators. Hosting PMGO Season 2 builds on these efforts by bringing an international competition to the country.

The tournament comes as competitive gaming continues to provide opportunities for players to develop their skills and compete at an international level. The participation of three Pakistani teams will put local talent in the spotlight as they face competitors from across the world.

With the event scheduled for October 20 to 25, Lahore is preparing to welcome teams and gaming communities for a tournament that could raise the profile of Pakistan's esports industry.

The PUBG MOBILE Global Open Season 2 represents an opportunity for Pakistan to strengthen its presence in international esports while giving local fans the chance to watch global competition on home soil.
